We offer two shipping options for your convenience.
- FREE Standard Ground
The majority of our frozen orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday of each week using Standard Ground Shipping.
Orders placed on Mondays after 10am Mountain Time may be held for shipment until the following week.
Non-frozen items are shipped Monday-Friday.
Exceptions will be made for holidays and overnight orders.

Please keep in mind that delivery time frames are estimates and are subject to carrier schedules, weather delays, etc.
Our standard packaging for all frozen products includes a custom made insulated
cooler/shipping container in combination with Dry Ice. This packaging combination ensures your order arrives frozen and in excellent condition, regardless of the shipping option selected. All non-frozen items are shipped in certified corrugated cardboard boxes that have passed both the Mullen Test and the Edge Crush Test to ensure your order arrives safely.

Sorry, we cannot deliver frozen products to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers. Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside of the United States at this time.
Please check all shipping addresses carefully. As we are shipping perishable goods, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if our delivery service has to reroute the cooler. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided; which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
We request your email address at the time your order is placed so an order acknowledgement can be sent for your review. Please contact us immediately if there is an error with your order.
We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. If you receive damaged goods that our delayed by the carrier, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Since the goods are perishable they are non-returnable. With carrier delays we will work with you at possibly reshipping your order or issuing a refund.
